Each plan combines the initial build with the work that keeps a business website dependable after launch: managed hosting, maintenance, content support, security, monitoring, and sensible improvements.

The first payment starts the agreed implementation and your first month of service. Your plan sets out what is included, who is responsible, and how the website will be supported as the business changes.

Larger additions, such as integrations, specialist tools, workflows, operational dashboards, or advanced platform features, are scoped and priced clearly before we proceed. Nothing is quietly added to an invoice.

12-month initial term. All months are billed in advance. Fair-use updates apply. Annual price review in line with UK inflation.
Protection levels

Core protection

Blocks common malicious requests, suspicious probes, hostile user agents, dangerous query strings, oversized request attempts, and invalid download-token requests before they reach the website.

Advanced protection

Adds adaptive abuse detection for repeated spam, rapid form submissions, noisy automation, sustained request bursts, and recurring hostile request patterns.

Managed protection

Adds hostile-request slowing, tighter abuse controls, deeper security visibility, and client-specific tuning based on real traffic behaviour.

We bill monthly in advance to keep your service uninterrupted and schedule the work for the month ahead. Your first invoice is issued when we start and then on the same day each month, due on receipt.

Your monthly price is fixed for the initial 12-month term. We review prices each 1 April in line with the UK Consumer Prices Index (CPI). Any change is given at least 30 days’ notice and takes effect no earlier than the first renewal date after both the initial term and that notice.

Each plan has a 12-month initial term, paid monthly in advance. The plan cannot be ended during that term except where applicable law allows. After the initial term, email us to cancel; service continues until the end of your current paid month. Using any of our copy or design after cancellation requires the buy-out option described in the terms.

Your materials (content, logos, images, data) remain yours. The domain is registered in your name. We retain the IP in the site’s design, layouts, copy we create, templates, components and platform code. While your plan is active and paid, you have a licence to use the live site. If you leave, you may buy a perpetual licence to reuse our copy/design for a one-off fee equal to six months of your base plan fee (no code transfer). Stock/third-party items follow their licences.

Our sites run on our managed platform for performance, reliability, security and ongoing care. We don’t provide source code or deploy to third-party servers. If you leave, you can take your domain and your materials. To reuse our copy/design elsewhere, choose the buy-out option in the terms.

Timelines are confirmed after discovery; typical build times are 3–4 weeks for the Essential plan.

The site is built to be clear, fast, and search-ready from launch. Visibility can grow over time as search engines process the pages and useful content develops, while the immediate benefit is a more professional and dependable online presence.

Yes. We rewrite the website in clean ASP.NET Core and migrate the essentials - structure, content, and media. For domain moves we’ll need your unlock/EPP/Auth code. Email continuity is planned during DNS changes. Zero-downtime where possible.

Your plan includes up to 10, 20, or 30 standard public website pages, depending on your plan. Pages can be built at launch or added later while your plan is active. Unused pages remain available. Once a page has been designed and built, it still counts towards the allowance if it is later removed or replaced. Routine updates to existing pages are covered by fair use; specialist tools, workflows, integrations, and bespoke functionality are quoted separately.

Optional additions are scoped and quoted separately. Before work starts, your quote confirms the agreed outcome, any implementation cost, any ongoing monthly cost, any third-party costs, and any applicable cancellation terms. Nothing is added without your approval.
