Each plan keeps your business online and moving: your website, essential tools, and ongoing improvements.

You pay a single monthly fee that covers everything: design, development, hosting, maintenance, updates, and support. The first payment is taken at the start to kick off setup and month one. No large deposit and no hidden extras, just one predictable cost.

And if you’re not happy in the first month, we’ll refund you.

Larger additions, like integrations, bespoke tools, custom workflows, operational dashboards, or advanced platform features, are quoted clearly before we proceed. You can upgrade your plan as your needs grow; billing continues monthly on the same date until you ask us to change or cancel.

This model spreads cost, removes surprises, and gives your business a website that can keep evolving as a practical business platform, not just an online presence.

We bill monthly in advance to keep your service uninterrupted and schedule the work for the month ahead. Your first invoice is issued when we start and then on the same day each month, due on receipt.

Your monthly price is fixed for 12 months. We review annually on 1 April in line with UK inflation and notify you in advance; any adjustment applies at renewal.

Cancel within 30 days and before go-live and we’ll refund our service fee. Third-party costs (domain/email/licences) are non-refundable. A refund immediately ends your licence to use anything we’ve built and the site will be taken offline. If you wish to keep using any copy or page designs, a buy-out fee of six months’ fees applies (no code transfer).

Yes. Email us to cancel; service continues until the end of your paid month (effectively 30 days’ notice). Using any of our copy or design after cancellation requires the buy-out option described in the terms.

Your materials (content, logos, images, data) remain yours. The domain is registered in your name. We retain the IP in the site’s design, layouts, copy we create, templates, components and platform code. While your plan is active and paid, you have a licence to use the live site. If you leave or get a refund, you may buy a perpetual licence to reuse our copy/design for a one-off fee equal to six months’ fees (no code transfer). Stock/third-party items follow their licences.

Our sites run on our managed platform for performance, reliability, security and ongoing care. We don’t provide source code or deploy to third-party servers. If you leave, you can take your domain and your materials. To reuse our copy/design elsewhere, choose the buy-out option in the terms.

Timelines are confirmed after discovery; typical build times are 3–4 weeks for the Essential plan.

The site is set up correctly from launch. Visibility and rankings build gradually over the following months as changes settle and content matures.

Yes. We rewrite the website in clean ASP.NET Core and migrate the essentials - structure, content, and media. For domain moves we’ll need your unlock/EPP/Auth code. Email continuity is planned during DNS changes. Zero-downtime where possible.

Each add-on is priced as a monthly extra on top of your plan, with no setup fees. We scope it, agree the monthly amount, and it’s billed in advance with your regular invoice. You can remove an add-on at any time; it stops at the end of your paid month. Third-party costs (if any) are separate.
